The $20 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Please arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and makeup. Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes 24 hours before your appointment for best results.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.

Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you wait longer than 3 weeks, you may need a full set instead of a refill. Please book accordingly.
