A $20 deposit is required to book, it goes toward your total and is non-refundable. Need to reschedule? Just let me know at least 24 hours before (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ A 10-15 min grace period is given for late arrivals — after that we may need to reschedule and your deposit won’t transfer. No call, no show = deposit forfeited, and repeat no-shows will require prepayment for future bookings.

Refills are every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best ✦ Past more than 3 weeks? You’ll likely need a full set, and honestly, if you can count how many lashes you have left, that’s your sign to book a new set ♡ Please book accordingly my girls!

Please let me know before your appointment if you have any eye conditions, allergies, or are pregnant (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑) I accept Zelle, and cash, please have payment ready at the end of your appointment.

I’m home-based, so no guest parking is available. If you're driving, there's a parking lot across the street (about 5 minutes walk). Please arrive a little early to allow time for parking so we can start on time.

Please arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and makeup, and avoid oil-based products around your eyes 24 hours before your appointment. No caffeine beforehand (˃ ⌂ ˂ )ﾉ it makes those eyes twitchy!

All services are non-refundable, no exceptions (￣ε￣＠) But if you’re ever not happy with your set, don’t ghost me — tell me! ⋆｡°✩ Touch-up requests must be made within 48 hours of your appointment or they’ll be treated as a refill. I’ll always find a solution, whether that’s a touch up or a discount on your next visit. Your comfort matters to me, my girls ♡
