Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Lash by Meomeo and using our booking system, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Booking and Appointments
When you book an appointment:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
- You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit
SMS Text Message Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages during the booking process, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Message frequency varies based on your bookings (typically 1-3 messages per appointment)
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us on Instagram
SMS messages are used solely for appointment-related communications and will never be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Services
Lash by Meomeo provides professional lash extension services. By booking:
- You confirm you have no known allergies to lash extension materials (or have disclosed them)
- You understand results may vary based on your natural lashes
- You agree to follow aftercare instructions provided
- You understand that refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks for maintenance
Payment
- Deposits are collected via Zelle at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments (with 24-hour notice)
- Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of booking will be honored
Liability
Lash by Meomeo takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed relevant allergies or medical conditions. If you experience any irritation after your appointment, please contact us immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
